Payment processing

Payments are processed by the payment providers shown during checkout. Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Cancellation requests

Service cancellation requests must be submitted through the Client Portal so that we can verify the account and service concerned.

30-day hosting refund

You may cancel an eligible hosting plan within the first 30 days for a refund of the hosting service charge. The guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, renewals, licences or other add-on products whose costs are incurred specifically for your order.

If an eligible hosting plan included a free domain, the applicable non-refundable domain registration cost will be deducted from the refund. You will retain the domain until the end of its registration period, subject to registry and registrar rules.

Newly registered domains may be subject to a transfer lock during the initial registration period. Refunds are not normally offered for cancellations made after the first 30 days, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
